Our
equipment
is
maintained
by manufacturer trained staff and is continuously updated.
If you need something that is not on the list, we may have already
added it to our inventory, or we are happy to find it for you, just ask.

8:00am - 5:00pm
Dock: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Warehouse visits are by appointment only.
24 Hour Emergency Service can be obtained by calling our office and
following the voice prompts.
Insurance:
A
certificate of insurance will be required for all rentals. Please be
sure we have a copy on file prior to your rental.
To reserve your order, we require complete insurance information to be
received no later than three days prior to pick up/delivery.
We can not be accountable for delays or refusing a rental if the
certificate is late.

Cancellation:
We
require 48 hours notice of all cancellations.
A 50% restocking fee will be charged with less that 48 hours notice.
Rentals:
All
rentals are subject to Fantasee Lighting Rental Terms and Conditions.
